Polly Neely grew up in Tennessee and graduated from the ASOA Executive Health Administrator Course, Wharton University in Philadelphia, PA. With over 30 years in the ophthalmic industry, she possesses day-to-day experience in practice administration, effective staffing, efficient patient process and practice policy and procedures.
Her work experience spans private practice, corporate sales, sales training, publishing and project sales domestic and global to clinical trials project management. She has proven successes in sales and product development through implementation of practical processes tailored to client goals.
Polly’s career in product development, sales and implementation began in 1997. She has earned national recognition as a private and industry process management consultant, public speaker, and published author. Her past positions held have included National Sales Director with Marco Technologies, Regional Sales Manager with CareCredit, Global Account Executive with SLACK, Inc., VP Business Development with VisionLock, Marketing & CRM Manager with Nidek, Inc. and Sr. Project Manager with WCCT/Medelis.
Polly has continued to work for private practices and ophthalmic device industries staying current with trends while utilizing her personal and professional knowledge of the eye care industry to their benefit. This acquired knowledge enables Polly to successfully consult, develop and implement policy and process for her clients.
She actively lectures and teaches at regional, state and national eye care conferences. Polly is recognized by physicians and industry for her hands-on consulting, training and project management technique. With proven success, she is recognized as a go-to resource for physicians, staff and industry for consult and recommendations for questions, concerns, and planning.
