Her career spans corporate and direct to consumer marketing, brand development, surgical laser marketing, and business development. She has proven successes in sales campaign development, brand awareness development through implementation of tactical programs via all forms of marketing mediums.
Early in her career she worked in the consumer retail arena where she learned the importance of understanding the consumer. As a Business Development Manager at VISX she worked with ophthalmologists to develop their marketing and business plans, as well as providing customized staff trainings. She managed and led the practice development department at AMO where she developed practice development marketing and promotional programs for customers directed at consumers. She created and coordinated worldwide educational events and regional seminars. Managed national PR campaigns and supported worldwide practice development programs.
Her expertise and vision in developing marketing strategy has led to her many successful product launches.
In the dental arena she directed the Invisalign Practice Development program to unprecedented success. She was responsible for the creation, management and execution of strategic marketing programs which increased patient traffic, and enhanced the overall brand. Rosemary is well-known for her expertise in creative development of patient facing, customer facing and sales training tools and programs. She launched the first practice development website to house tools for easy access to doctors and organized an industry consultant program and preferred vendor program to aid doctors. She manages a raisin vineyard in Central California, loves traveling and enjoys spending time with her family
